We will dispatch goods within 24 hours of your payment/cheque clearance if all items are in stock. All items are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

We do not add any excess charges to your delivery costs. In fact, we offer a single low freight fee, regardless of quantity*. The following freight fees apply.

NB: Registered Post requires a signature on delivery so you may like to have your order delivered to your work address. If no signature is available at the time of delivery the parcel will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post office for collection.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will gladly exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. Please ship items and receipt to:
